This high LRV not only lends a cooler feel to the house but also helps reduce cooling costs—a significant advantage, especially in the warm Naples climate.

For the trim, we chose “Urban Bronze,” providing a striking contrast against the light main color. This choice not only added depth and dimension to the exterior but also highlighted architectural features, such as the garage door, which now stands out prominently against the lighter backdrop.
